Weld Seperation (Cutting System)

Our high performance cutters will rapidly separate structural steel through full penetration welds. Time consuming cut and grind operations are elim-inated as are repairs or re-placement of steel compo-nents as a result of gouging or damaging structural faces. Vacuum shrouded tooling can reduce or eliminate the need for de-leading since all debris and any airborne contam-inants generated are fully contained for safe disposal.

Quick-Lock pneumatic clamps built into the tool base ensure accurate blade alignment and expedite tool set-up. HyDrill’s proprietary blade hardening and steering guide tech-nology ensure hundreds of cuts can be performed at accelerated rates through heat hardened steel and welds between blade changes. Fast, reliable cut cycles ensure timely performance and expedite project completions.

A modular design approach allows the tool components to be quickly modified accom-modating virtually any dimensional require-ments or packaged to access tight locations such as operation in confined spaces.
